Section 4 — Cancellation Policy
4.1 Monthly Billing Cancellations
The Client may cancel a monthly billing arrangement at any time by providing written notice to BTP at beyondthepitch.bc@gmail.com. The following conditions apply:
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing no fewer than fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the next scheduled billing date to avoid charges for the following month.
- Cancellations received with fewer than fifteen (15) days notice will result in one (1) final billing cycle charge, after which services will be discontinued.
- No partial-month refunds will be issued for monthly billing cancellations.
- All deliverables will remain active until the end of the final paid billing period.
4.2 Annual Billing Cancellations
Annual packages represent a discounted commitment term. The following conditions apply to annual billing cancellations:
- Annual agreements may be cancelled in writing at any time; however, annual fees paid in advance are non-refundable.
- If the Client cancels an annual agreement before the end of the contracted term, BTP will provide a prorated credit equal to the remaining unused months calculated at the monthly rate for the applicable tier, less a cancellation administration fee of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00 CAD).
- Credits may be applied toward a future BTP package but will not be issued as cash refunds unless BTP is unable to deliver the agreed services.
- Annual packages automatically renew for a further twelve (12) month term unless written notice of cancellation is provided at least thirty (30) days prior to the renewal date.

Mrsic Enterprises Inc. (dba Beyond the Pitch) reserves the right to cancel or suspend this Agreement immediately and without refund obligation in the event of:
- Breach of any term of this Agreement by the Client;
- Submission of content or advertising materials that are unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful to the BTP community or brand;
- Any activity by the Client that BTP reasonably believes is damaging to the reputation, audience, or operations of Beyond the Pitch;

Section 5 — Client Obligations & Content Standards

- All submitted content must comply with applicable Canadian advertising standards, including but not limited to the Canadian Code of Advertising Standards and the Competition Act.
- The Client warrants that it has the legal right to use and distribute all submitted materials and that such materials do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Section 6 — Intellectual Property
Each party retains ownership of its own intellectual property. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights in either party's trademarks, logos, content, or other intellectual property.
The Client grants BTP a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use the Client's submitted logos, images, and brand materials solely for the purpose of fulfilling the deliverables under this Agreement during the active term.
Upon termination or expiry of this Agreement, BTP will remove the Client's branding and content from all BTP platforms within ten (10) business days.

This obligation shall survive termination of this Agreement for a period of two (2) years. Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is or becomes publicly available through no breach of this Agreement, or that is independently developed by the receiving party.
Section 9 — Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt resolution of any dispute through good faith negotiation and mediation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue legal remedies.
